NuCalm Public Safety Division and TGR Technologies Announce Strategic Partnership to Advance Public Safety Resilience, Readiness, and Leadership

June 21, 2026

Public safety leaders are being asked to do more than ever before. From staffing shortages and recruitment challenges to increasing operational demands, officer wellness, and organizational resilience, today’s agencies must navigate an increasingly complex environment while continuing to protect and serve their communities.

To help address these challenges, NuCalm’s Public Safety Division and TGR Technologies have announced a strategic partnership focused on advancing resilience, readiness, leadership development, and long-term organizational performance across the public safety profession.

The partnership brings together NuCalm’s expertise in neuroscience-based recovery, Nervous System Regulation Training (NSRT™), sleep optimization, and human performance with TGR Technologies’ experience in technology, risk management, operational excellence, and strategic consulting.

Together, the organizations will collaborate on educational programs, conference presentations, executive leadership briefings, agency outreach initiatives, webinars, and strategic resources designed to help public safety leaders strengthen both organizational and human performance.

“Public safety leaders are facing unprecedented challenges that require a more holistic approach to organizational readiness,” said Ryan Layne, National Director of NuCalm’s Public Safety Division and Founder of NSRT™. “Our partnership with TGR Technologies reflects a shared commitment to helping agencies strengthen resilience from every angle. By combining innovative technology solutions with neuroscience-based recovery and nervous system regulation, we can better support the people who protect our communities every day.”

“The future of public safety leadership requires agencies to think differently about both risk and resilience,” said Craig Petersen, Immediate Past President of the FBI National Academy Associates. “Leaders must be equipped with the tools, resources, and partnerships necessary to address the evolving challenges facing our profession. This collaboration brings together expertise that can help agencies strengthen readiness, support their people, and build more resilient organizations.”

Petersen also emphasized the importance of supporting both organizational performance and workforce well-being.

“Technology is an important component of modern public safety operations, but the most important asset in every agency remains its people,” said Petersen, Co-Founder of TGR Technologies. “We are excited to partner with NuCalm Public Safety Division to help agencies build stronger, more resilient organizations by supporting both operational effectiveness and human performance.”

The partnership will initially focus on supporting law enforcement leaders and public safety executives through education, awareness, and practical solutions that improve resilience, enhance workforce wellness, strengthen operational readiness, and help agencies meet the challenges of a rapidly changing environment.

NuCalm’s Public Safety Division currently supports law enforcement agencies, first responders, military personnel, and public safety organizations throughout North America through its patented neuroscience platform and NSRT™ programs.
